1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jstar888 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the jstar888 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming and betting services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the jstar888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the jstar888 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of jstar888, including players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and all other locations. They are written in English and, in the event of any inconsistency, the English language version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jstar888, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional player in a capacity that violates applicable regulations;
• Not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of jstar888 or any of its affiliates, partners, or software providers.

jstar888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification process.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jstar888 account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended immediately. Funds in duplicate accounts may be confiscated at jstar888's sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jstar888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jstar888 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account through credentials you have disclosed or failed to adequately protect.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to notify jstar888 promptly of any changes to your personal information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jstar888 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your location: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven cash deposit services. Minimum deposit: RM 30. Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case an alternative method approved by jstar888 may be used. jstar888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals to or from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player has completed jstar888's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address. jstar888 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time.

jstar888 processes approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing time of the Player's chosen payment provider. jstar888 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jstar888 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of the deposit plus bonus amount unless otherwise stated;
• jstar888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, at its discretion, that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through arbitrage, or through any form of bonus abuse;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses have defined expiry windows. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire will be forfeited without compensation;
• jstar888 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jstar888 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical glitches in any game or system for financial gain;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform in connection with criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits through your payment provider while retaining gaming credits or winnings;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited;
• Registering as a minor or providing false age documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jstar888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual materials — is the property of jstar888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jstar888 content without prior written authorisation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

jstar888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jstar888, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jstar888 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and the licensing authority as required by law or regulation.

9. Responsible Gaming

jstar888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may access the following tools from their account dashboard at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders; reality checks; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent). Requests to reduce a deposit limit or activate self-exclusion take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. jstar888 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred during gameplay.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jstar888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account or by prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jstar888 following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jstar888 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and jstar888, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by the licensing authority. Both parties agree that the licensing authority's adjudication shall be final and binding.

By using jstar888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all sections of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
